擴增劇場


這個看似荒誕不真實的臨時劇場,巡迴中展示了劇場與城市的新關係。在基地上喚回如幽靈般記憶中的馬戲團與球場,透過直接地與人互動,同時打開劇場對公眾的想像。劇場由兩個半邊組成,一半自日據時代起即存在於城市中的水泥球場看台;一半為這些成群結隊並帶有誇張色彩性的移動裝置。每當演出結束後,這半邊劇場從基地上收摺並卸下,再繼續前往下一個目的地;如同很久之前,曾經停留於此的馬戲團般,或許某日它們將會再臨。傳統劇場的空間與流程被轉譯為數個誇張戲謔的裝置,而它們不再隱蔽於幕後,反而需要眾人合力才能成就一個真正的劇場。來到此地的人群,那些來觀戲的、來遊樂的、亦或是僅僅路過的;在與裝置互動的過程中,無論直接或間接,他們都將成為這個劇場的一部分。當他們經過巨大的足球人(演員看板)旁,或是齊力推拉著準備收起的草皮和足球桿(控制桿),或是行進在巨大彈珠台(觀眾席)的路徑上,由城市各處聚集的人們,有如在這個不成比例的足球檯布景之下,正在上演的一齣戲。
Augmented TheatreA temporary theatre is like a touring circus in the city. We propose an augmented theatre composed of a group of mobile installations. It’s not only a place for performance, but a stage for people re-perceiving the relationship between theatre and city, theatre and people, theatre and the site in an unrealistic and humorous way.The process of presenting theatre is amplified and turned into different installations that open up to public. All of them need to be operated by a group of people. Everyone come here could directly engage with the theatre space in different ways, and become part of this temporary theatre. Due to dividing theatre space into mobile elements, this theatre could have most flexibility for experimental performance.When people pulling, siting, following, walking through those installations, with the exaggerating scaling background, it is just like a miniature live show is taking place, suddenly the real world is like a stage.This ephemeral theatre is made up of two half, one is the original cement stepped site, the other is those colorful installations which like a circus. When the period of the show is over, the theatre will take off and tour another place. Just like the circus had visited this stadium long, long ago, this theatre might be back one day.
